We may change, update, delete or add to these terms over time. By accessing and using this site, you agree to these Terms of Use, all policies within this site (including our return policy), and all changes or modifications to the foregoing. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, such policies, or any modifications thereto, please do not use this site.
Ziliox Création offers high end designer clothing hand-made in standard sizes as single originals or in very limited series.

Any purchase completed on the www.adeline-ziliox.com website (the Website or Site) implies knowledge and full acceptance of the General Sales Conditions and Terms of Use .

The General Sales Conditions and Terms of Use describe the exclusive contractual relationship between Ziliox Creation and a customer, defined as any physical, non-commercial, adult of full legal capacity. They govern the sale of products manufactured by Ziliox Creation, a company located at 44 rue du jeu des enfants in Strasbourg, registered in the name of Adeline Ziliox, under Siret number 794 165 413 00018. The company can be reached at (33) 09.50.32.62.76.

The General Sales Conditions and Terms of Use apply to all the items offered for sale on the Website without reservation. They supersede any other document.

1- Products for sale

The items proposed for sale are presented in the e-shop part of the Website. Each item will be described in detail and illustrated by a photograph.
All the items are hand made by the designer Adeline Ziliox herself and her suppliers. As such, there might be minimal differences between an item and its photograph. Please note that because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will display the exact color of an item you are viewing.
Though we strive for accuracy, occasionally, the information on the Adeline-Ziliox.com website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in relation to product descriptions, pricing and availability. We apologize for such oversights. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted an order). In the event of a pricing error on an item you have ordered, we will notify you and await your approval of the corrected price before continuing with your order. We hope this will not cause you undue inconvenience.

We may also remove from sale any item presented on the Website.

Full ownership of any item remains with Ziliox Creation until complete payment has been received.

2- Prices

The prices listed on the website are given in Euros for each single item and include all taxes (TTC), but do not include shipping charges. The shipping charges will be determined before the order is finalized.

Ziliox Creation reserves the right to modify prices at any time, in response for instance to a change in the applied tax rate. The price applied will be the one listed on the website at the time the order is placed.

3- Orders and payments

All orders are to be paid by credit card. An order will be taken into account only once full payment (including shipping charges) is received.

Online payment is processed through the internet site of the CIC Bank and is secured through their services. The credit card information (number, expiration date and visual control cryptogram) is entered on the secure CIC website. Once the customer is on the CIC website, Ziliox Creation is not responsible for the information given on that site.

In no event shall Ziliox Creation be liable for the consequences due to errors in the information given by a customer while ordering.

Orders will be confirmed through email. The confirmation email will review all the items ordered, the billing address, the shipping address, as well as the estimated delivery date. The customer will accept this email as a proof of the contractual relationship with Ziliox Creation.

4- Shipping

The items sold on the Website can’t be delivered in the following countries: North Korea, Syria, Tadjikistan, Turkmenistan, Yemen.

Ziliox Creation will ship all orders within 7 to 30 days.

Once the shipment is made, the customer can track his order on the website of the shipper. All orders are shipped at the risk of the customer. If the customer is absent at the time of delivery, the package will be under the full and exclusive responsibility of the shipping company.

5- Order withdrawal policy and returns

The user has the right to withdraw an order within 14 days of the reception of the items ordered, according to article 2014-344 of the Consumer Code. The A withdrawal request has tomust be sent by email to the following email address: shop@adeline-ziliox.com

Once the order has been withdrawn, the applicable items included in the order must be returned to ZILIOX CREATION 44 rue du jeu des enfants, 67000 Strasbourg, accompanied by the return form. Only items returned unused, unworn and in pristine condition will be reimbursed.

Order withdrawal is not allowed past 14 days after reception of the items ordered. Orders of personalized items or of items produced according to specific instructions from the customer cannot be withdrawn. As a consequence, items custom-made according to specific body measurements given by the customer cannot be returned or reimbursed.

6- Warranties and responsibilities

All the items offered on the website conform to French law and are guaranteed without hidden flaws.

Ziliox Creation will not be held responsible if an item is out of stock, or if delivery is delayed through strikes or other force majeure not under the full control of the company. Similarly, Ziliox Creation cannot be held liable in case of an Internet failure at any point in the order process, including missing service, computer viruses or any other possible malfunction.

When bespoke items are ordered, Ziliox Creation will not be blamed for sizing mistakes, as it is the responsibility of the customer to provide the measurements according to the sizing guide on the website. However, if the measurements of the garment do not correspond to the measurements given by the customer (within about 12 mm to account for the stretch of the fabric), the customer will be given the right to withdraw the order.

7- Litigation

French law governs the general sales conditions and terms of use listed here. If there is a dispute between Ziliox Creation and a customer, the parties will first try to resolve it amicably. If an agreement cannot be reached, a complaint can filed at the tribunal dependent on the domicile of the customer.

8- Copyright

All copyrighted and copyrightable materials on this Site, including, without limitation, the design, text, technical documentation, manuals, product information, graphics, images, pictures, sound files and other files are the exclusive property of Ziliox Creation. It is therefore prohibited to use any information, illustration and images for any reason without the full agreement of Ziliox Creation. Any infringement will be prosecuted.

9- Force majeure

In case of force majeure such as war, civil war, natural disaster, fire, flood, strikes and other, Ziliox Creation cannot be held liable for any difficulty in filling an order. However, we will do our best to fill the order in a timely fashion.

10- Validity

The General Sales Conditions and Terms of Use presented here apply to the Website for the length of its lifetime.
